Responsibilities

As Sous Chef at O’Learys Karlstad, you will be one of our key players. You’ll have the opportunity to help drive the restaurant’s development forward, working alongside the Head Chef to motivate and inspire the team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to the O’Learys concept, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. Together with your team, you will deliver an exceptional and enjoyable experience for both staff and guests, prioritizing quality and service.
